    We can help you

The Analytical Chemistry and Bioanalytical Platform at HES-SO is an ISO 17025 certified service (STS 0093) and research center that draws together a broad range of expertise in the development and validation of analytical methods. Our brand-new analytical center is located at the Energypolis Campus in Sion.

We support academia and companies with analytical facilities in the field of pharmacy, biotechnology, food, and related domains. We provide high-performance instrumental resources, development and validation of analytical methods, interpretation of complex analytical results and consulting services for academic and private institutions.

Our skilled and highly qualified staff, composed of professors, associated scientists, and laboratory assistants offers individual support to develop, optimize, and validate tailor-made analytical methods to answer clients’ individual needs. Due to our professionalism, competencies, and valued advice, we have been an indispensable partner for companies in Switzerland and Europe for over 30 years.

The platform has specialised skills in mass spectrometry, structure identification and food authenticity, as well as separation techniques and trace analysis. We validate methods under ISO 17025 accreditation which can be directly transferred to clients’ labs.
