The Lymphoma Genomics Group, headed by Prof. Francesco Bertoni, at the Institute of Oncology Research, Faculty of Biomedical Sciences, USI, Bellinzona has two areas of research: the development of new anti-lymphoma compounds and lymphoma genomics. The strict connections with the Oncology Institute of Southern Switzerland (IOSI) and the International Extranodal Lymphoma Study Group (IELSG) in Bellinzona and with the Swiss Group for Clinical Cancer Research (SAKK) provide the possibility of moving ideas to the clinical setting, including phase 1 studies.
