The Tools for Life Sciences  team at CSEM provides the necessary tools and devices for handling and monitoring of samples and biological entities. With a focus on human health, CSEM technologies aim at improving the quality of life of patients.

Biomonitoring offering: robust and low-cost solutions to access real-time, anytime/anywhere data generated by smart sensing systems. CSEM is developing electrochemical, mechanical, and optoelectronic sensors for application within diagnostics (in vitro and on-body), cell cultures, or environmental (water) and food quality control. Besides hardware development, proprietary low-cost fabrication technologies for sensing, sample preparation, and interface layers play a key role in nanoporous sensing layers, micro-/nano-structures replication, and biocompatible electrode printing.
