This intensive training program allows job seekers or people undergoing professional reorientation, with little or no experience in the field, to train for the position of pharmaceutical industry operator. People interested in this training are selected according to rigorous criteria and on the basis of an evaluation carried out by the BCC. This program includes:

• A pre-selection of candidates, organized by the BCC and the participating organizations (ORP, AI, OSEO, etc.)
• An intensive 5-week training course in the BCC premises
• Coaching to find an internship or a job in a pharmaceutical company or similar
