XVIII Summer School on Advanced Biotechnology 2024 - Wädenswil Verified listing

Now in its 18th edition, the Biotechnet Summer School on Advanced Biotechnology alternates between locations in Switzerland, Austria, and Italy.

The 2024 edition will be hosted by the ZHAW in Wädenswil and feature sessions on environmental biotech, food, energy, drug development and delivery, biopharmaceuticals, diagnostics, and analytics.

The program will consist of short lectures from Biotechnet affiliated universities FHNW, ZHAW, HES-SO, MCI Innsbruck, University of Palermo, University of Bern, and the Ulysseus European University group. Students will also work in groups to form and pitch their own biotech start-ups.

Network with professors and students from these schools in an informal setting, just minutes from the beautiful Lake Zürich. Students will reside at the Youth Hostel Richterswil in modern rooms, right near the water.
